At Coastal Management Group we believe this can only be done by growing at a reasonable rate and putting the owner's interest first!
 
Charge a reasonable and fair fee--Our goal is to maximize profits for the owner. In an effort to accomplish this goal, we charge reasonable management fees and cut out the dreaded "nickel and dime" approach of so many other management companies. Our charges are clearly defined to the owner AND the guest, eliminating any questionable charges.
 
Hands-on approach--Coastal Management Group is truly a locally owned and locally operated vacation rental management company. Unlike many of our competitors we do not sub-contract any work unless it is absolutely necessary. This means a higher profit for the owner and a sense of security knowing who has access to your unit at all times.
